The membership categories are member, life members (to be renewed every four years). All those interested can apply for membership by completing the provided membership form. The Society elects fellows on the occasion of its biennial conference out of its members on the basis of good standing and with significant contributions to the cause of the Society. Honorary fellows are nominated by a unanimous vote from amongst the distinguished biochemists/molecular biologists.
